This is a buffet style (not all you can eat), serve yourself (unless you hire a wait-staff person, see below) setting.

Suggestions: Host can provide other things like fruit salad, bagels, muffins, danish etc. on their own. 

Requirements: Host is needed in assisting chef unless you choose the option of hiring an assistant.  Assisting requires filling chafing dishes, prep and cleaning.  Host provides china and eating utensils.
