OUR STORY

ABOUT LYSA

My name is Lysa, I am a local singer with original songs floating around all over the world. I am also a self employed hairstylist, skin and makeup specialist and nail tech. I was born and raised in Providence, RI by the most loving family, the Santos family! I enjoy spending my time with Ronnie, we love Mexican food, Japanese food and Sake wine, we ADORE Sam Adams beer and fried calamari with hot sauce and we both simply LOVE "American Movie Classics." I love to workout (thanks to Ronnie) and I love martial arts and gymnastics. I am completely silly and thank Ronnie everyday for keeping me laughing!

ABOUT RONALD

Ronnie was born and raised in Warwick, RI to the other most loving family in the world, the Davis family. He has great sisters and a wonderful brother and an adoring Mom. He's a certified personal trainer with his own business and tons of motivation. As a former Military Police Officer, he has a lot of dicipline that allows for security and stability. He LOVES to laugh (we are a perfect match in this department) and worships Sam Adams more than me. He has a beautiful son named little Ronnie whom we both love and cherish. Ronnie is a hard worker who's only desire is to keep us happy.

HOW WE MET

Ronnie first met ME singing in a club at the age of 16. And although "I" don't remember (smile), he says he mentioned how pretty I was and never forgot me. We then met up again at a party later that year at a mutual friends house and we kept each other company at a place we both didn't want to be at the time! Ronnie then went off to college and then into the Military and I never saw him again until I was in my early 30's. I got married at 22 in 1985 and filed for a divorce in September 2000, the same time Ronnie found me again. He had been coming to see me sing for the previous 6 years or so but we were just friends.....except for a few glances that lingered on longer than we expected and a hug hello that felt nicer than the last time. He said he just needed to see me and knew I was going through a hard time with the divorce and all and we kept each other company over dinner and drinks for a few nights...(that turned into a lifetime). On the second date we realized we were in love and possibly have been for a very long time now. Ronnie says he let me go when I was 16 but refused to let me get away this time. All I can say is I see the rest of my life in his eyes and it looks beautiful!
