We've been told we are better than Willow Tree Chicken Salad and that is a great compliment because that's the only chicken salad I used to eat before my own creation! Poached fresh chicken breasts in garlic and celery broth. Mixed with fresh homemade mayonnaise, celery and a little onion. Simple but delicious.
